You and your account with us
To shop or receive services from ToMeasure, you must adhere to the following requirements:
- You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must have a credit or debit card that we accept (for details of our current payment providers, please see the bottom of the page).
• You must be authorized to use the credit or debit card, which means it should be in your name or you must have permission to use it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how ToMeasure use your information. If your details change, please update your account to continue receiving our best services. You can also update your marketing preferences there.
Quality & measurements
We make it our priority to deliver a final product that meets industry standards. If you happen to notice any missing parts or damage upon delivery, please report it to us within 48 hours to avoid any additional charges. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for defects resulting from improper storage, neglect, damage caused by a third party or incorrect installation.
Before finalising your order, you will be prompted to carefully review and confirm that all measurements are accurate and precise. Please note that we will manufacture your wardrobe based on the measurements you provide, and the responsibility for their accuracy lies solely with you. We cannot be held responsible in case of any incorrect measurements.
If your wardrobe arrives and the measurements do not match those on your order then please refer to our returns policy.
Please be aware that although we strive to maintain consistency, we cannot guarantee that the product’s colour will precisely match what is displayed on our website and design tool. The images presented on our website, brochure, and other promotional materials are intended solely for illustrative purposes.
Offers and pricing
Occasionally, we may offer promotions and discounts to our customers. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate any offer at our discretion, without prior notice. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to invalidate any discounts or offers that were applied in error. While we take utmost care to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors.
Please note that if multiple offers are available, they cannot be combined.

- Delivery charges may apply to certain postcodes due to distance. However, we cover some of the delivery cost to keep fees as low as possible.

General Terms:
The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
tomeasure LTD reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
In case of returns, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
Misuse of the promotion or breach of these terms may result in cancellation of the order.
Returns and cancellation
Please note that all our products are custom-made and tailored to your specific measurements. Due to this, we do not accept any returns or cancellations after 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in production, and any cancellation requests cannot be considered. Cancellation requests need to be sent to support@tomeasure.co.uk
Once you have completed your order and processed the payment, no further changes can be made online. However, if you call us or email us at support@tomeasure.co.uk within the first 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your design, although we cannot guarantee it.
If your product or wardrobe arrives faulty, we will ask for photo evidence to determine the cause and issue a replacement if necessary. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for defects resulting from improper storage, neglect, damage caused by a third party or incorrect installation. Please report any damages in the first 48 hours, after this time period, we can no longer be held liable.
Payments
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of ordering and will be charged accordingly.
Finance
tomeasure ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Kanda. Kanda is a trading style of Kanda Products & Services Ltd, Forward House, 17 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, B95 5AA, registered in England (11330964), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number 920795). Kanda is acting as a credit broker offering finance products from a panel of lenders Credit is subject to status.
You can only do 0% finance over 1 and 2 years. Should you wish to spread the cost further, then the interest will be determined by Kanda and not by us.
Delivery
The delivery costs will be shown to you during the check-out process on our website. We use a courier service that calculates the delivery fees based on the location of our manufacturing facility and your delivery address.
We will provide you with a range of delivery dates to choose from during the order process. However, we reserve the right to contact you and suggest an alternative date if necessary.
While we make every effort to deliver your furniture promptly, our wardrobes cannot be delivered before 3 weeks due to supplier timeframes. Delivery will be at least 3 weeks from the date of your order, except for handles and accessories that are ordered separately.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. In case of a delay, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation and take necessary steps to minimise the impact of the delay.
We use an independent courier service to deliver your furniture. The delivery will be curbside only so therefore, if you ask the delivery person to enter your home, we are not liable for any damages to your home.
Our delivery only includes one driver who will help offload the materials but someone of your choosing will need to be there to help as well. Please note some panels will be large and potentially heavy so if you cannot help with offloading, then we can send you a quote for a second driver to offload the materials but you will need to cover the cost – please let us know.
If you wish to use your own courier, then please let us know who, we can help arrange this but you will need to cover the cost of the delivery.
If you wish for your furniture to be delivered inside of your home, we can quote you for this service and you can cover the cost. However, once an independent delivery person enters your home, we are not liable for any damages to your home.
If you are not available to receive the products during the first delivery attempt, we will contact you to agree on an alternate delivery date. Please note that additional storage and delivery charges will apply in such cases.
If you fail to re-arrange the delivery and we are unable to contact you, we may decide to terminate the contract, and no refund will be issued.
Instructions and assembly
At ToMeasure, we do not offer fitting services. We highly recommend that you seek the help of a skilled carpenter or an expert to install your wardrobes safely. We have created installation videos that can guide you through the process. However, it is important to note that these videos are for guidance purposes only. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the wardrobes are securely installed.
The screws we provide are complimentary, but you can purchase your own. We will not be held liable for screws and fixings.
If you decide to install the wardrobes yourself, you must make sure that they are correctly assembled, installed, and secured as required.
In the case of wall-hanging units, it is your responsibility to ensure that your walls are strong and stable enough to hold the units. We cannot accept any responsibility if the units fail to fit due to a lack of structural integrity.
We do not pre-drill holes for handles, as the placement of these is subjective to each customer.
User-generated-content
Sharing our customer content plays a significant role in the success of our company and showcases your design. This means we may reach out to you to share your social media content.
By agreeing to participate, you are permitting us to use your handle, images, and/or videos on www.tomeasure.co.uk and affiliated social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other ToMeasure marketing materials. We may also edit, crop, adapt, enhance, or modify the Content as needed.
You confirm that you have obtained the consent of everyone in your content, and they are 16 or older (if it contains people). If you or anyone in the Content requests us to remove the Content, we will remove it from the social media accounts that we control.
