Guarantee

The use of “you”, your, “user” and “customer” all refers to the customer and website user.

The use of “we” “us” or “ToMeasure” both refers to the company and website www.tomeasure.co.uk

Our 15-Year Guarantee

Our customers are provided with a guarantee of 15 years on all materials and cabinetry. Additionally, our vinyl doors and infills are guaranteed for 6 years, according to our supplier’s warranty. The guarantee will cover any faulty materials reported within the specified timelines. However, it should be noted that any damage caused intentionally or accidentally will not be covered under this guarantee.

Making A Claim

If you need to make a claim, it must be done formally in writing and sent to support@www.tomeasure.co.uk. To verify your claim, you must provide evidence that supports it. If you are unable to provide photos, we will arrange a site inspection for a fee of £100, which is non-refundable.

We will review your claim within 14 working days to determine its validity. If it is valid, we will refund the £100 call-out fee. We strive to address all valid claims within 45 working days of receiving the claim notification email.

Guarantee is subject to the following:

• The furniture has been properly cared for and used as instructed (particularly in the case of high gloss and sheen furniture)
• The furniture has been used for normal domestic purposes only
• The guarantee is personal to the homeowner at the time of purchase and is not transferable
• The furniture is not being altered or interfered

• All Goods must be stored in a dry place. We cannot accept any responsibility if Goods are not so stored.
• The warranty is with the original purchaser only, and does not transfer ownership if the furniture is transferred to another owner (eg. the sale of the property).
• All guarantees provided by Online Bedrooms commence on the day of delivery, not the day the furniture is assembled

The Guarantee does not cover the following:

• Any damage caused by natural wear and tear
• Natural colour fading caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight
• Movement of wardrobe, infill or worktop caused by natural movement of the structure of the house for installations over 30 days old. This also includes the settlement of the furniture if fitted on top of a carpet
• Fittings of any small item, replacement for example handles, hanging rails etc
• Electrical and light fittings, bulbs, mirrors, and glass
• Door and drawer adjustments and caulking
• Refitting of the drawers removed from the runners
• Accidental damage caused by unexpected and non-deliberate action.
• If furniture is required to be removed from the rooms structure the guarantee does not cover redecoration or damage to the flooring. This is the responsibility of the homeowner to make good, all consumables are required to replace faulty parts and will be charged for, and these include but are not limited to screws, filler, brackets etc
• Any damages and/or issues faced during installation.
